My experience wasn’t ideal. During one appointment he was 45 min behind and i was told he is sick so he is taking awhile. I finally rescheduled and left. During my next visit I was informed I need to take labs because the medication he prescribed has the potential of damaging my liver. I cannot explain how angry I am and unethical it was to prescribe a medication without telling me the potential side effects. I immediately stopped the medication. When I addressed these with his office manager Sharon, she was defensive and informed me that she has also waited for her ob/gyn for two hours and it just happens with doctors. I would recommend finding a more professional place.

While I have been a patient of Dr. Gibson's for years and trust him completely, the bookkeeping department not so much. Got a letter from a collections department today - really - haven't had a collections letter in 30 years. Called his office and they couldn't even speak to me about me account. They handle my medical records but can't see billing? - I think not. A suggested best practice would be to call your patients before sending to collections.....by the way - never received a copy of a past due bill. Very disappointed

I have been a patient of Dr. Gibson's for a lot of years. I like him. That is the main reason I continue to go see him when needed. However, a recent experience with office staff left me upset. I called for results of biopsy. I was told it was benign. So I asked " I don't need to continue the treatment he prescribed" and she said "I don't think so." No comment about let me check with doctor or nurse or anything. What am I to do? If it isn't what he thought, then what is it. And, if the prescribed treatment is not called for, what is?

Dr. Gibson is an excellent and caring doctor. My husband and I have been going to him for years. He is thorough and very professional. We have been happy with all outcomes of our treatment. The staff is always accommodating. We love Dr. Gibson!

This is my second round in 4 years here and I have been very happy with all here. I had read about some front office issues but they have been more than helpful. I saw the nurse practitioner and Dr. Gibson this time and was taken care of quickly and effeciently.
