I've had a couple issues over 20 years and this place always has the best interventions. Oh And a wonderful staff too. Dr. Brian S. Wayne and associates are great people doing amazing things. Dr.Wayne has been named a miracle worker by my family for the relief I have received after treatments. Highly recommend.

I am always please with the people at LRDC and how I’m treated from the moment I walk all the way to when I’m heading back out. The staff is full of smiles and happy to share. My care is thorough and I never feel rushed. My treatment is reviewed and I feel prepared and educated on what is going on. I have been very satisfied with their efforts to communicate and ensure my day is a better one for visiting. I wish all my doctor visits were like mine with the Little Rock Dermatology Clinic.

Unfortunately as a new patient who has never been to a dermatologist before my first appointment was with Dr. Manning. It says right on the main page of the website that the experienced dermatologists are there to help you achieve the healthy, radiant skin you deserve. I had a rash on my face, wanted advice about skincare routines, needed help diagnosing a skin condition on my arms, and had questions about cosmetic options. Dr. Manning gave me a maximum of 10 minutes of his time for my $50 copay and rushed me out of his office so fast that my head was left spinning. He was very straight forward which is fine, but what is not fine is rushing your patients (particularly on their first visit), rudely dismissing their questions without addressing all of their skin care concerns, and treating them with impatience while speaking to them in a such a condescending tone that they are left with no option but to leave.

Great visit. Checked in and got back on time. Dr Wayne is easy to talk to and helps you understand what treatments you need and what he suggests. Office and staff are very nice!
