I really, really appreciated the PROFESSIONALISM of the Receptionists in the main area. Well Done Ladies!!! The area was very clean, and bright. The air was very neutral but fresh, no overly excessive aromas… There was no water available but when I asked, the very nice lady didn’t hesitate to offer to bring me some, very nice of her. I could hear the pleasantness in the lady(ies) that answered the phones— they know how to talk to people. The Dr was very attentive - she came in and rolled right up into my space and looked at all my pictures of the rash I documented; she was very interested … but had to refer me out. The lady collecting my copay… nice as pie!! Only thing I would like to see is bottled water available-next to where the coffee machine is… Really Good Experience!! They are a good referral… 👍🏽

I had a wonderful experience at Pinnacle Dermatology! The office is bright, clean, and state of the art. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely friendly. Dr. Wirges is a phenomenal dermatologist with knowledge and insight into dermatological issues. She diagnosed my problem and gave me a prescription cream that immediately worked. I would recommend Pinnacle Dermatology to anyone!

The wait time for my scheduled appointment was minimal. Alyssa was so nice and so informative and knowledgeable. She put me at ease about skin cancer and I will absolutely be seeing her for another full body check in one year.

I arrived early and was seen within 10 minutes. My nurse was very professional and knowledgeable, which put me at ease. Dr. Mohr came in, introduced herself and advised me on my condition and options available. Everything went great and I definitely recommend.

I’ve been seeing another dermatologist for years. When my insurance changed I had to change and go to Pinnacle, best change ever!! You are placed in a gown for an all over skin check. I loved this. I have had multiple biopsies, but yet never been ask to use a gown. I will never switch!!
