My experiences have been positive. Dr. Hunt listens to me. I do understand that it's not necessary to see Dr. Hunt each time. His team is more than capable to handle patients in his stead. They have addressed every issue I've had. I'm satisfied. Aamof, I want Dr. Hunt to take over the chiropractic part of my treatment as well. The receptionist could use a few lessons in courteous customer service. If anything goes outside of what she's expecting, my God the woman has the nastiest look on her face. I hope that's not because I'm black.
I waited almost 3 months to get to see a physician for a treatment that I have gotten several times in the past 20+ years. Once arriving to their office, I was told that I would have to submit to blood and urine tests BEFORE even seeing the physician. I have never experienced this before and I declined. They need to make this known to their patients before making them wait so long. Three months of pain, waiting to see a doctor for an initial office visit for nothing. I made this appointment for a procedure, not to get drugs. After owner response; I repeat, I was not there to get drugs. If I would have gotten to see a doctor I could have told him that. This "practice" of having new patients submit to urine and blood test before even seeing a doctor makes absolutely no sense. Patient and doctor should meet and come up with a treatment plan. If that treament plan is drugs, then send the patient for the urine and blood tests. I am sure my insurance company would appreciate not getting unneccesary bills for unneccesary lab work.
Worst appointment I ever had. The nurse was rude and not helpful. I ask if they forgot me she said I work for some other Dr. Not pain management. Waited over a hour and still haven't been called back there.
Dr. Hunt and Rachel are very caring for all my pain health issues. They have provided me with a better quality of life. Simply the best in the entire state of Arkansas. I highly recommend North Little Rock PTCOA.
I feel like iam not being taken seriously. My pain has gotten worse but my treatment has stayed the same. I had x- rays and I was told some bands about my situation but, when they read my x-rays it was like nothing was wrong. They gave the same treatment nothing changed. The only reason I gave a high score is becuse of the people. They are so nice and the clinic is clean. Overall it's a great atmosphere.
