Really unimpressed about multiple experiences thus far and only after one visit. Haut was great but the office itself has no customer service skills. They use third party booking and I had an issue with my referral. I never got to talk to someone in the office making it really confusing. Then, a couple of days before the appointment the office finally contacted me saying they don't have enough information but, it was all in the referral in the end (after back and forth and them not answering my call backs). I was supposed to be prescribed 2 medications and only got one sent to the pharmacy. I tried calling the office, leaving messages, and messaging on the portal and have yet to have someone answer me. Great PA but terrible office.
I met the new PA named Alex today, and he was delightful. I was happy to see smiling faced Karilyn again too. They were a wonderful team taken care of all of my skin needs today.
PA Haught was wonderful as was the office staff. My only concern was when I made the appointment. I’m assuming it is a third party Appointment making system. The woman that I spoke to informed me it was going to be a double booked appointment and I would be sharing a room with another patient when I asked for clarification and expressed my concern about sharing the room with another She said, “oh there will be a curtain between you and the other patient.”I knew that this would be not possible due to HIPAA. I continue to make the appointment and just checked in with the receptionist to clarify that would be nobody sharing a room with me.
Went for cancer screening exam and saw a PA. She seemed nice and did a thorough exam. No complaints about the care I received. I then got my bill so I mailed a check. The check got returned to me as "undeliverable" despite it having the address that the statement says to mail the payment to. Figured it was a mistake and mailed it a second time. Again returned. Tried calling the billing number on my invoice and the company says they are no longer contracted with this office so they can't help me with my bill and to not mail it to them. Seriously??? So why are they sending me bills then? They told me to call the office. Well no matter what selection you choose in the phone tree for this office you are routed out of country. It is insane. I can never speak to anyone in the office and nobody who answers the calls from out of country can understand what I am trying to tell them. They just keep saying to mail a check to the address on my invoice. I have tried to send payment 5 times now. All unsuccessful. It is a circle of futility that never ends. I will have to leave work to drive over to the office and physically hand them my check as I don't know what else to do at this point. I would not go back here again simply because of how poorly the business is run.
Annabelle excellent customer service! She got my daughter in the same day! How amazing is she! She hasn't yet had her appointment but wanted to give a big shout out to her!
