Advanced Cosmetic Dermatology

I had an 8:00 appt arrive at 7:52 doors locked Employees arriving 7:56 doors still locked. This is ridiculous. How can I have an 8:00 appointment if I can't even check in by 8:00. Doors still locked at 8:00 so I left. Unfortunately this is the 3rd time I have left without being seen. The first 2 times I sat in the room for an hour and had to get to work. I love Dr. Cardenas but there is NO value of people's time. Unfortunately it looks like it's time to find a new provider.

My last two visits to ACD have been phenomenal. Susie, who works at the front desk, is super helpful, friendly, and always has a smile on her face. It’s clear she understands customer service. (Probably needs to fast track to Office Manager!) Dr. Cardenas is super friendly and helpful as well. She agreed to see me on short notice, and helped me with some skin concerns in the same visit. Overall, great experience—and that is so uncommon in the medical field these days! Great job.

They take forever!!!! Can’t get appointments within a reasonable amount of time. You’ll sit an hour before you’re seen! So frustrating. No value of your time. Front office is almost aggresively hostile.

Welp time to find a new place to take my mom been 4 days now trying to get an appointment.. called early morning when they open and 1hr before closing and still nobody answers..

The office management in this facility is terrible. I went here only to see a highly recommended dr in their practice. On my 1st visit they pawned me off to the PA without notice. After asking why I didn't see the dr I had scheduled with, she said, "oh, who did you want? I'll make sure you see her on your next visit." Today was that next visit and they pawned me off again. I still do not even know what the dr I've repeatedly asked to see looks like. Highly unprofessional!
