The staff and doctor were extremely unprofessional. Despite having insurance, I was still sent to collections and had to spend my own time and effort to sort out the billing issues. Moreover, the doctor had a tendency to overbook appointments and rush through consultations, which I found completely unacceptable. It's imperative that they provide better service and respect their patients' time and money.

Avoid this place. I was just informed that I could not be seen because I refused a surgery 5 years ago. I was given an option to try a topical instead of the surgery and it worked so I didn't think anything of it. I was floored that I couldn't be seen because I didn't opt for the surgery. What kind of rule is this? Seems borderline illegal.

The staff in the front could certainly use some improvement. The clerk that checks you out isn’t so great either. But once you get past them the nurses in the back and Dr. Cardenas are wonderful. Dr. Cardenas and her nurses are very caring. Dr. Cardenas took time to explain everything to me. She checked my whole body then removed a couple of spots that were suspicious. I was surprised how painless it was. My advice is ignore the girls in the front office. Dr. Cardenas is in my opinion a very good doctor

Dr. Cardenas was excellent with me today. I was in a breakout of atopic dermatitis. Very missable. I called them today to have a message sent to the Doctor. She called me right back and had me come in within hours. Took a lot of time with me. I been going to her for awhile but the services I received today feel really good. She took time with me and talked with me about everything. Great doctor!

I have seen Dr. Cardenas or one of the PAs over the last few years as well as my husband. I was shocked to see the reviews on here. We have had nothing but excellent service. I love her and her staff. Everyone was so sweet and caring. It does take too long to get appointment, but lots of patients make it hard for them to get us in sooner, they have to sleep and eat. I seen the PA-C Tonya for my last visit and Dr Cardenas took the time to stop in and check on me and my crazy allergic rash. I felt like they cared very much about me and my issue.
