Beautologie Southwest Medspa

I’ve been coming to Beautology for a few months now consistently with my needs. The process has been nothing but smooth and easy thanks to the wonderful staff that they have there. Hanna is absolutely the BEST!!! She is very knowledgeable and addressed all my questions and needs throughout the entire process. Her customer service and communication skills are superb. Thank you again!

The staff is super friendly and went over all my options for my hair before helping me decided. It is very welcoming and clean. Would for sure recommend to the guys out there

The space its self is fine. It’s clean and there’s parking. For the prices being charged I was expecting something a little nicer.. so they “don’t do regular pricing” - I came in for Botox and as someone whose gotten Botox for years and in many different cities this was a first. They charge “by area” not by unit. Okay fine, it’s about $350 per “area”, each area has a max of 20 units of Botox. ($350/20 = $18 per unit) however to have your entire forehead done that counts as 2 “areas”, so it would be almost $700 to get Botox in my forehead!?! I was told they have you come in for a 2 week touch up, when I came in I was told I could purchase another “area” for another $350 if I wanted more. Just a very disappointing experience. I have no problem paying a premium if it’s for a premium service. I would rather drive all the way to San Diego or LA and pay a reasonable price to actually get the results I’m looking for. Do not recommend, will not be back

I got Dysport wrinkle relaxer to my forehead with Katey! I had really deep lines that needed intervention. I talked over my goals with Katey to address these lines. I still wanted expression in my face and really love my natural looking results. My makeup applies better and I feel better in photos as well, with smoother skin. The office was clean and welcoming and the front desk Selena helped me check out and schedule a follow up appointment. Everyone is so kind and professional!

This place deserves 5 stars! the Dr Shah and Hanna are so friendly and amazing. Dr Shah is so caring, humble and does an amazing job. I feel so lucky to have found such a great doctor! I already recommended him to a couple of friends that have asked me where I have gone.
