I am so glad I chose Dr. Dev to be my Dr. He made me feel very comfortable with the decision I was making. He didn't try make me feel like I needed to do more than just a tummy tuck. He is all about the safety of the patient. Dr. Dev has great bed side manner. On the day of surgery he made sure both myself and my husband were aware and comfortable of everything he was doing. His office staff have been great, especially Alyssa, his nurse. She has been answering all my questions post op and responds quickly. So far my results look great, I can't wait to see my results as the weeks go by.

Dr. Dev and his staff are great and office is pleasant. Most important my Dad is treated very well and he recently had surgery for large skin cancer in his ear. Dr. Nair did a great job and it was discovered that Dad had a secondary type of cancer based on biopsy. Dr. Dev saw Dad for the follow-up appt. and provided a strong cream treatment which meant a 2nd surgery would not be necessary!!! We highly recommend CA Institute & Reconstructive Surgery! To Know your loved ones are in good hands and well taken care of is truly priceless!!!

I consulted with Dr. Dev about breast augmentation and tummy tuck. He was very knowledgeable and told me everything that he was going to do with the surgery. He really taylors to his patients and also is responsive to what I wanted as well. I ended up just doing the breast augmentation and tummy tuck later. The office staff is very nice. They were very respectful to all my questions that I forgot to ask during the visits. I had another visit pre-op with Dr. Dev and we discussed more in depth what has going to happen in surgery and answered all my questions that I needed. I like that fact that you can tell that he cares about is patients and what they want and also wants what is the best for the individual in the present and long run. I liked that he educated me on why he chose the certain place to cut and the whys. The survey went very well. I was one of the first surgeries in the morning and I was home by 10am. They gave me my prescription scripts ahead of time so I was prepared for the surgery. The post-op visit went well as well. I am 2 weeks post-op and have been doing great. I can’t wait for my breast to drop in place and settle. So far so great. Dr. Dev is very personable and you can tell that he cares about his work and how you feel afterwards. Definitely going back if I needed anything else done and also recommend him.

I have had the worst experience with the office staff. I paid with my debit card for a simple procedure I had with Dr Nair about a year ago I also gave them my insurance information. Well they billed my insurance and told me they would refund me the difference I received a bill from a 3rd party trying to collect more money from me when I am owed a refund the 3rd party agreed contacted the office and the office had no record of me paying I had to provide a bank statement and as of now they owe me a refund the office manager called and stated they would refund me over a month ago. I have called numerous times and no call back. The doctors are great but the staff is a joke.

Dr. Dev has a very calming and welcoming demeanor, I was seen for a consultation for skin removal post weight loss surgery. He explained the procedure and gave me a time line as to when I would possibly receive an answer from my ins. He answered all my questions that I had regarding the process. Overall everyone from the front desk down to the back staff that I came into contact with were welcoming.
