I told them how their sister dermatology clinics treats me condition. Then they did not do that (even tho they agree that had access to the charts explaining how the procedure is done) and I went over it before they started. Instead they treated me in a. Way that is contraindicated for the condition I have and did not tell me that’s what they were doing. So I consented to something different. And now my face is disfigured. I contact ed them to educate them on providing a service other than was agreed to, without tell the patient (in hopes of sparing other patients in the future, because it’s too late for me) and was met with condescension. I am a health care professional and director of two clinics. We would never not listen to the patient and provide a service other than what they requested without an agreement and explanation of why we would suggest doing it differently. And apparently Nor Cal dermatology is not open to learning from their mistakes and learning not to treat patients this way. They were dismissive and condescending when I explained what happened. The best thing a health care provider can do is communicate, second best thing- admit mistakes and learn from them. This place has demonstrated they are unwilling to do either

I met with Dr. Kylie Kofler to discuss some cosmetic skin concerns that I was having. She was extremely thorough when doing her routine checks, answering all my questions, and educating me on my skin routine and other areas! I had a great experience and scheduled a small cosmetic procedure with her and the entire time I felt like I was in really good hands. It was painless, quick, and overall I'm super happy with the results. The staff was helpful and communicative, and totally recommend this practice

Everyone from the receptionist to the PA I saw (Kylie Kofler) was so nice, helpful, and down to earth. Kylie has a very calm and caring demeanor and was extremely thorough when discussing my treatment options and answering any questions I had. I really lucked out with my Google search for dermatologists!

Lovely space and staff, but very expensive and horrible medical advice. I was billed more than I was told I was going to be charged for at the time of my visit and I was also prescribed medications that made my symptoms worse. When I went to another dermatologist, he said that my symptoms were misdiagnosed and that my care plan was misguided.

Seen Dr. Kofler for a psoriasis issue that 2 other dermatologists were unsuccessful resolving, she actually took her time during our appointment and listened to all my concerns and was very thorough whereas in prior visits from others it felted rushed and more of an assembly line type of feeling. Would highly recommend seeing her for all your dermatology issues!
