Always such a great experience. Cassandra was very helpful moving things around for me and was so kind accommodating last minute changes. Nurse Olivia was thorough and explained every step while performing my laser facial. I felt comfortable and cared for today! Thank you!

The staff is very friendly. The business model is the typical chain, stuck in a membership con. I could not medically get laser for several months and asked to pause the membership. They said I couldn't, so now I am cancelling. The lasers are very faint, so I see more benefit in a once a year more aggressive laser. Once every 10 days for 5 sessions did not do anything for me. I accidentally got the special serum at the first consult and was charge $50 for that serum, so be careful of that.

The nurses here are fantastic. Love getting the powerduo facials, my skin always looks amazing after the 72hr healing period. Nice location and parking is usually easy to find.

I got here exactly 4 minutes past my scheduled time and was turned away. I had driven 50 minutes for this appointment and feel like the front desk person was not very accommodating/ the nurses were still there so I think she could have made it happen. Was disappointed with the level of care/ service as I’ve been a customer for 2 years now and it was legit just 4 minutes late but she said they needed to go home (I said I was happy to do a quick appointment) and in general she was rude/ condescending. Considering ending my membership bc SL does not care about its members!

On the day I received their treatment, I started developing skin issues around my eyes. Redness and irritation. Revisited the location to seek advice on how to treat it but they didn't seem to want anything to do with me. They refused that skin issue was because of the treatment although I didn't have anything like that until that day. They said they will cancel my future appointments and refund $250 I paid for the membership but they never did. It's been more than one month and it's very disappointing.
