Never had a face treatment before but it was totally worth it. Wondered why I never had one before while I was being totally relaxed and treated. Very worthwhile! Holly at Burlingame had a lot of work to do with me being a first timer but she was very gracious and professional. I left feeling like a man with a very presentable face. My skin has never been so groomed. Thumbs up here!

Carlos is the best in the West! His kind and warm demeanor immediately sets you at ease, and his knowledge and expertise leave you feeling like you're in good hands. Speaking of his hands, he has the most gentle touch that you barely even feel like any treatments are happening. And rest assured, you will be more than happy with the results, and anticipating your next visit with him- as I always am when I leave.

Booked an appointment here for my mom and I with Carlos. Very pleased with how attentive and diligent he is. From the moment I walked in, Carlos made us feel comfortable and at ease. His level of professionalism and knowledge was unmatched as he was throughly able to throughly explain the procedures. My mom and I adore him! Will be coming back to this med spa to see Carlos again.

Carlos is the best - he’s done my sculptra, botox, fillers and lasers. He’s a master at his craft! He’s meticulous, gentle, and genuine. I won’t trust my face with anyone else.

I see Joanne Lahip regularly for Botox and Morpheus 8 treatments and wowww my skin has transformed! She is honestly a magician. Friends and family have even commented on how refreshed I look. On top of that, our appointments are always so fun and I feel like we can chat forever if we had the time lol! Thank you Joanne!
