Casey is the best I have come across. I have looked many places and wasted a lot of money, until I found her. She is extremely informative and a pleasure to work with. Once you schedule with Casey, you will never have to look for anyone again!!

I’ve seen a lot of dermatologists because of my psoriasis. I’m usually underwhelmed. However, both doctors I’ve seen at Berman have spent adequate time talking with me and discussed options with me rather than taking a tiny glance and prescribing another steroid. I will definitely continue seeking care here.

When I got there they were telling me I had to pay $175 due to a deductible but I know without a doubt (and later confirmed) that I have already met my deductible. After a little back and forth, I refused to pay it. Next, I specifically asked when scheduling to be scheduled with a woman doctor which they said I was. When I get there, and go into the room the assistant asks if it’s ok if I see a male doctor. Apparently the woman left the practice the week before. They offered to reschedule but since I had already taken off work early I reluctantly stayed. When the med assistant gave me a paper top with a paper lap blanket she said they were out of full length paper gowns. I noticed there wasn’t any paper to sit on the exam chair. I asked for something to sit on and was told they are out of the paper for the chairs. I asked her if there was anything I can use to sit on and she wasn’t sure. So I had to suggest a paper lap blanket which she then gave me. Once I saw the doctor I didn’t think he was very thorough on the skin exam. I’ve had much more thorough skin checks in the past.

I had a 15 minute appt, I was in and out. Staff were friendly. The facility was modern and clean. This was my first time experience.

They care for me through an irritating condition and a small cancer. Now each year Dr. Park checks me for recurring or new conditions. It is very reassuring to get that "all clear'".
