Waited a half hour in the exam room and no body showed up. Disappointed. Wouldn't see me. Probably because I have medi- care. I walked out.

DANIELLE. Called me to let me they received my referral from my dr. I am still shaking because my adrenaline is just pumping after her call. I have NEVER been treated so poorly by medical person. She was so hostile. And even after I said, "thank you so much", she hung up on me. Yes, that's right DANIELLE hung up on me. For no reason at all. What did say or do to warrant that kind of behavior besides answering my phone and asking a question about scheduling in a friendly manner? I am shocked, I am mortified. Being hung up on is not just UNPROFESSIONAL, it's JUVENILE. SHAME. I immediately called Dr. Joanne Nguyen's office where I am always treated with respect to change my referral to a different office.

Dr.Satterfield and the staff the works are excellent. Dr. Satterfield started a prescription to help with my sudden hair. She was friendly and made sure I understood what the prescription was could to for me. Vivian the who takes care of filling the prescriptions. She excellent going in helping me get the special prescription. Calling me and keeping me informed and making the process easy. I commend her for all her great efforts. Dr Satterfield has an excellent staff member in having Vivian there. I highly recommend this Dr. Satterfield and the staff. Vivian for taking the extra steps to full the prescriptions. I am happy my Dr. Anne Priest referred me to Dr. Satterfield..

The most ridiculous experience i have had with respect to getting an appointment after a referral to this place. After a referral from my son's allergist they took a sweet 2 months to get back. Then they inform us that the next appointment available is 6 months out !! This is in health care not some HVAC maintenance. Why not help teen patients through acne issues after they are no longer teens with appointments after 5-6 years. They should either figure out a way to give appointments in some reasonable timeframe (3-5 weeks) or just say we are not taking any new patients. As doctors who also are humans they should have better empathy and patient workload management system.

I had the wonderful opportunity to see Dr. Jong on December 8th. I have very bad allergies, which I take shots for, and I have been struggling with itchy rashes for the past several years that would prevent me from sleeping well for weeks at a time. Dr. Jong and the front office staff were very friendly. Meeting a Dermatologist like Dr. Jong, who knew exactly what I was going through, meant so very much to me. The lack of sleep was impacting my mental health and no one in my family understood just how bad it was. Dr. Jong recommended a medication that has turned everything around and is safer for me to use around my toddler daughter than steroids. I can't recommend Dr. Jong enough. If you are able to get a referral count yourself lucky. They are so busy that I had to schedule this first appointment four months prior in August. If that happens to you, please be patient and stick with the appointment because it will 100% be worth it. If, like me, your skin condition is intermittent; be sure to take pictures of it when you have it to have for your appointment so you can show them.
