So happy to have met these people. Everyone has been amazing from day one. I had my gastric sleeve done by Dr. Eslami in Oct 2021 and had no complications, lost over 100 pounds, and I’m still in great communication with the office and meet with the nutritionist quarterly. Love them and all they have done to help me. 100% recommend!

Dr. Eslami may be a good surgeon, BUT, make sure to have a person go with you to every appointment to be a witness to his promises. The reason I say that is because he will be very kind to you in the beginning then after the Surry he's ride and will drop you. In addition, he will promise you things and then lie about it when the time comes. He doesn't follow through with his word. Make sure you record, if possible, your conversations, because he will make you out to be a liar. Write down every appointment details also. Would i recommend him to anyone, NOPE! Other than him, his staff was nice and his Nutritionist is very caring and committed, she should have her name on the business. I give a 1 star to those who don't honor their words.

After having my bypass the Doctor stopped taking my medical insurance. So they wouldn't see me. I've never had after care it's been two years. I have done all my own research. Afshin Ealami really treated me wrong. I eat under 1,000 daily have been Very strict on my eating . And lost maybe 50lbs. I truly feel that if He had given me even some after care and nutritional nurse to discuss my diet it would have been a lot more successful. I have been unsuccessful finding another bypass doctor because apparently weight loss doctors will Only see the Patience they gave the surgery to. I have No problem removing this post if staff will at least try to help? Even referring me? ☺️

I had the surgery 10 years ago and I have kept the weight off my highest was 345lbs and now I am around 130lbs and wearing a size 4 pants and I am very happy because I am the size I was in high school 😂. If you are on the fence about this surgery the staff will put you and your family at ease with all your questions and answers anything you have to asked. My family is very happy with me and they helped me through my recovery process take before and after photos every 2-3 months and you will be amazed how you have changed I did. I have experienced outstanding and over the top services from both Dr. Eslami and his staff. I had the Laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy in January this year and my highest weight was 254, and I am now 192. Before the surgery I had a lot of health issues, I was very tired, & little no energy. Since the surgery my social life has improved tremendously as well as my personal life; while before the surgery I had little interest in interacting with people. I am very blessed to have went throught this experience with Dr. Eslami I couldnt thank his team enough. I highly reccomend this surgeon if youre interested in the weight loss surgery!
