I just recently had a procedure done here and was so happy with not only the results but how I was treated. Dr Kenneth has an amazing team, the girls in the office are AMAZING!!! and always made me feel so comfortable. The day of my surgery nurse Shannon was so incredible, I was clearly nervous and she made me feel calm and safe. She was so patient and reassuring. Thank you to you all! I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Kenneth to anyone!

I highly recommend Dr.Sumida he will be honest and tell you everything you need and also what you don’t need. The staff are friendly and accommodating to your needs. They offer a lot of different services from skin care to body. Dr.Sumida is good with the Botox he knows where to place it to get rid of your wrinkles. He has good prices as well. The office is centrally located for your convenience with lots of parking. I also like the fact that they don’t make you wait long before you’re seen by the doctor.

I’ve waited eight months to write this review. I had blepharoplasty surgery with Dr. Sumida in Sept. 2023. I was left with lopsided results and very swollen “bags” under both eyes. I was in tears in Dr. Sumida’s office, and he told me that it was because my face was lopsided and to “stop crying”. He was awful. Zero compassion, zero results-oriented. $10k later I was wearing fake glasses to cover up how awful I looked. After consulting with other surgeons, all identified the issue as “festoons.” Thank goodness other surgeons exist who are more knowledgeable and actually care. I’ve spent lots of money fixing Dr. Sumida’s careless surgical outcomes. He has zero bedside manner, he is cocky, and refused to provide solutions to his errors. The fix was actually quite simple, but he’s too egotistical to admit he made a mistake. Take my advice - shop around!!! Surgeons are a dime a dozen in CA. Skip this guy. If you’re the unlucky one that he screws up, you can guarantee he won’t care at all.

I was referred to Dr. Sumida by a coworker who had nothing but great things to say about him and everyone who works there. Staff is amazing, office very clean and as of Dr. very pleasant who listens to every concern, want and need you have. I will highly recommend Dr. Sumida and his office in Folsom.

I LOVE Dr Sumida and his staff. He makes you feel so comfortable, jokes with you and still manages to tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about your options, educates you on them and is very professional when it comes down to having your procedure. I felt he really cared about me and my progress, listened to what I wanted and gave me tangible information to help me choose what was best for me. I am only 1w post op, but I am so happy with my results.
