Clinica de Salud del Valle de Salinas - Castroville

I was given this clinic as my standard pcp. When I came in with an issue that was critical and time sensitive ( possible Lyme tick exposure) I was told the wait was 3 weeks for an appointment. They refused to provide a recommendation on where else locally I could be seen. They said it’s up to the patient. In this instance this is negligent. If a patient has something whose if not treated could become a life long problem they should offer some guidance or triage care to see who’s more critical. On the central coast alliance website it lists this site as an urgent care but it’s a family care practice that only takes appointments.

had an appointment at 10:30am, paid for it, waited 2 hours- just for my appointment to have been cancelled lmfao. this was after my appointment had already been cancelled 3 times in the past. been going here for years, very inconsistent place, will probs see another Dentist place in the future to avoid any headaches

Been a patient there for the longest time ever and i want to give kudos to Briana for having the patients for helping me out,being perfesional in her job and being so sweet. Thank you briana! keep up the good work!

Yes, we waited for a long time to see the doctor Fabiano . But even 2 hours is worth it . He is an outstanding, amazing doctor! Very attentive and knowledgeable in all areas. He was able to help my 14 years old son ( and me) with both mental and , orthopaedic problems. My son just after one talk with this doctor behaves so different, so understanding and loving . Dr Fabiano also helped with insurance and finding ways to make sure my son’s knee gets treated when insurance expires. He really cares, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend .

I'm sad. I really liked our doctor here, but he seems to have dropped the ball somewhere along the line... I think maybe it became about money and working the system, but I don't know. I'll be getting my care elsewhere from now on.
