I’m 73 and my family genes for loose skin and on my neck and lower face hit in my early 60’s and was getting worse. While holding my 3 year old granddaughter a few months ago, she proceeded to play with my turkey neck. That did it! I decided to get that fixed. Lots of neck skin makes you look years older. I was very nervous choosing a surgeon because I have seen so many bad looking faces but my wife’s friend recommended Dr Gaon. I told him I wasn’t looking to look 50 again, but 60 would be good enough. I had my neck and lower face done one month ago, and I am over-the-top happy with the results. A week after surgery, I was going to restaurants, and out like normal. Amazing! My family all think I can easily pass for 60 now. My favorite was the Trader Joe’s cashier, three days ago that asked for my ID for alcohol. I laughed and said I’m way over 21 but how old do you think I am? She said, late 50’s??? My only regret in life is going to Dr Gaon for my breast lift and augmentation. He not only gaslight me, but did not listen to anything I wanted. I brought pictures of wish pictures and he barely took a look at him. He had an agenda, the whole time of what he wanted to do with my surgery. When I first got the consultation, he told me I was gonna get high profile even though I Did not want high profile because they are known to look more fake and I was going for a more natural look. I was kinda shocked that he wanted to do high profile but his Assistant told me that he basically does high profile on every patient. He lied about my breast with diameter telling me that I could only get high profile. He also told me in the consultation that I was gonna get to a plane which I was happy about because I didn’t want sub fascial or over the muscle. He told me I didn’t have enough breast tissue to cover the implant and over the muscle was not a option, But then I wake up with over the muscle I’m six months out and I already have Rippling. He told me that I had very developed peck muscles because I’m an athlete, but I know so many athletes that have gotten dual plane with no issues I am extremely unhappy with my results. I have a huge gap and they look like two balls on my chest. There’s no natural shape to them whatsoever. I was unhappy basically by two weeks once the swelling went down I could tell that this was not what I asked for at all. I had many calls with them telling them how unhappy I was, but they just blamed it on my body type and I was gonna have this type of outcome even though in the consultation, he said I can have a natural outcome. I never had a big gap to begin with before breast-feeding. I always had nice cleavage and now I have this big gap. I’ve already talked to a few other doctors and I already need to get another lift because the lift He did did not work please be aware before choosing this Dr.

Dr. Gaon did such a great job on my mommy makeover and breast reduction. I was so insecure about my large breasts because they no longer matched my small frame after I had a child and breastfed. After getting surgery with Dr. Gaon, I have much more confidence and feel so pretty when I see my results in the mirror. Also, Dr. Gaon has such a kind and loving staff who are so sweet! I am so grateful to all the nurses/anesthesiologists/ and other helpers who worked with me, too! I highly recommend Dr. Gaon for any plastic surgery. He is the best surgeon I have ever had!
