Newport Dermatology Institute

I see Dr. Lee at Newport Dermatology Institute. Everyone is very nice and very helpful and Dr. Lee is great. But the most amazing thing about tis office is it is BY FAR the most efficient doctor's office I have ever been in. From entering the office to going to the exam room usually takes no more than 5 minutes, and the doctor comes in just a few minutes later! Today from the time I entered the office, got a brief treatment,, paid my co-pay and left, it took 8 minutes! Highly recommend.

My experience with Dr. Mark Tran was unprofessional. He was rude and dismissive. The way he made me feel was uncaring. He seemed more focused on profits than patient care. When I asked questions, he became defensive, raised his voice, and even told me to leave. Thankfully, I found another dermatologist who treated me respectfully, answered my questions, and provided care that worked quickly. Dr. Tran’s behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. If you value patient-focused care, look elsewhere.

My name is Rick Murphy . I have been a patient here for five or six years and I’ve had probably 15 skin cancer surgeries and may I say this is the best organization I’ve ever worked with. I’m a Vietnam vet and Agent Orange plate. Hell with me I’ve gone to a lot of unprofessional organizations until I found this place. The doctors are both graduates of, Johns Hopkins University, the finest in the world there are married couple at tag team with their Greatest system called Julie check her out. Dr. Lee and Dr. Tran are the best dermatologist you could possibly find. We have been using Newport Dermatology for seven years and have had excellent service. The staff,nurses,& front desk are all excellent and treat you like family!
