Advanced Dermatology & Skin Cancer Specialists Corona

I was given an appointment rather quickly which was nice, unfortunately that was the only positive thing I can say. I have a long history of skin cancer and I went in with three areas of concern. The actual time the doctor spent in the room with me was literally under 2 min. I was told that two of the spots where absolutely nothing and one spot, I could see in the mirror across the room, was something that she "couldn't see anything blemishes" and even rubbed her eyes to refocus the. As a cash pay client I was extremely frustrated with the complete lack of anything. Possibly other doctors at other locations might be component but the doctor in Riverside was an absolute joke and a waste of my time.

I came in for an appointment, arrived early to fill out paperwork. This is after having to take time off from work and arranging childcare for my nursing baby. 45 minutes into waiting for my appointment time and still not being called in (after telling the front desk multiple times about the baby at home), i decided to leave as the wait clearly was getting ridiculous. The waiting room was packed and clearly the appointments were overbooked. This is a complete disregard for people’s time. And reading other reviews shows that this is the norm for this place, not a one time occurrence.

Our First and Only visit: We left without being treated because the room where my husband was taken to at the Corona office on Main Street for an exam/treatment had a filthy sink with clutter and dust on the faucet. It is obvious the sink hasn’t been cleaned in over a week. This place reeks of unprofessionalism. How can we trust that the instruments they will be using will be sterile? If this review allows for a picture i will post the picture taken of the sink. If not trust me! My husband is not a finnacky man. It is what it is.

from front office to the dr and his staff are all 5 star they put me and my skin needs ahead of if my insurance would cover the medicine i needed they put people before profit they are the best in my eyes thank you advanced dermatology oscar siliceo

Extremely difficult to get the doctor to actually do his job. The company does not take their job seriously even when dealing with serious medications and having to call everyday to eventually get your prescription shouldn't have to be my job. I never write reviews but I had to set aside the time just to say how terrible of a place this is. please save your time and money and try another dermatology that actually knows what they are doing.
