Dr Hsiao is the best doctor; he spends time getting to know you and your health history. I wish all my Doctors were like him. The office staff and assistants are awesome too!! This is a friendly environment.

Office Closed! I booked on ZocDoc with Karen Chen (PA) and received several confirmation emails. I show up and there’s a sign on the door saying “Office Closed.” I tried calling there number twice and no one picks up. I’m super disappointed that I took time off work for this appointment and California Skin Institute can’t keep track of their booking calendar. One star!
