This was a terrible experience. The staff is rude and condescending, especially Morgan. I spent a lot of money and promises were made that were not kept. Instead they just made me spend more money to fix things with no results. They made me feel like my expectations were too high so it was my fault I was not happy, not that they didn’t deliver the results promised. I have since seen other providers who say that I should have gotten my money back, not have been charged more! And they even quoted me something at an appointment but when it came time to pay, the price went up. Needless to say I stopped there! Horrible, horrible, disappointing service.

I wanted to write a review for this office since I am so happy with my results! I have gotten the Morpheus treatment and my nurse Teresa is so personable, very thorough and explains what is going on. I can feel my face and neck tightening and I look and feel about 10 years younger!! The whole office is very professional and has so many helpful and cheerful ladies. It is truly a pleasure to go in for my appointments, I actually look forward to them. Thank you so much for helping me, I feel more confident in my own skin.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Stompro and his team! His entire staff is so warm, welcoming, and professional-every call, every visit. I recently had surgery with Dr Stompro- TT, LIPO, BBL and I couldn’t be happier with my results. I’m only 3 weeks post op and I can’t wait to see how my results will look when all the swelling goes down. I knew when I decided that I wanted to have surgery that I’d be booking with Dr. Stompro. He has great bedside manner and made me feel very comfortable. I knew I was in good hands with him. I have and will continue to recommend all of my friends and family to see him for all surgical needs. Thank you Dr. Stompro and team for being so great!

At first I really loved it there. Everyone is no nice! It is a beautiful place. However I did not get the results I wanted. I went in for a lip flip and lip filler. I told her I didn't want huge lips but that I wanted them to look like natural big lips. When I tell you that I can barely notice a difference... Like I have to point out that I got my lips done. She said I could come back in two weeks to get them fuller if I wanted. So I thought that's great! But when I called they said I would have to pay for either a half syringe or another full one. Mind you I already paid for a full syringe of the most expensive filler that they had. I am so incredibly sad that NOBODY can tell!! They literally look the same. I am beyond disappointed with my results. I feel that because I know for a fact the whole syringe wasn't used it should not cost me extra to get them a little fuller!!

I do not like to take the time to write reviews but it is important I make others aware of what happened to my father. Although my family and I have been loyal customers here for years, I am very angered about what has transpired recently. ANALYN NOVENARIO injected my father with Botox and filler. She injected his nerve and his whole right side of his face is swollen and in excruciating pain. The office stated this pain will be gone in about SIX MONTHS! They have not offered any medical help or reimbursement. Shocking considering how much business we have brought to their practice. Please be careful and do not go to ANALYN NOVENARIO for any injections. I do not want anyone to go through what I am seeing my father go through these past few months.
