*Exceptional Service and Results!* I recently had the pleasure of experiencing laser hair removal with Ellie. She is knowledgeable, professional, and made me feel at ease throughout the process. The clinic uses top-notch technology, ensuring efficient and effective treatments. She tailored the treatment to my skin type and hair texture. Ellie goes above and beyond to make sure the client is comfortable and is always honest about the results.

I scheduled an appointment for 10am for lip filllers. They asked me to be there at 9:45am for paperwork. I was there at 9:45, but the staff was not. The doors were locked and no one was there when I arrived. Even though it says they were open. I called and the lady who answered said the assistant went to go get coffee and would be there shortly. She did not arrive until a few minutes after 10am. I began my paperwork and asked while doing so what the rough estimate would be. The assistant did not disclose this to me and only mentioned the consult fee of $150. She then brought me into the room and asked me to wait there for the Dr. The assistant came in and asked me to wipe around my mouth to be prepared for the fillers if I decided to do them. I asked her when the dr would be in because it was now 10:30 and my appointment was supposed to start at 10. She said that the Dr forgot about my appointment but should be in soon. She arrived about five minutes later. The Dr then informed me of my options of the fillers and what she recommends. Then I thought that all sounded good and to move forward with the service. Until she pulled up the price on the computer. The price was $2500 for two syringes. I did not even want two syringes but the Dr said that is what I needed if I wanted to see any difference in my lips. I was completely shocked and taken back. I was not prepared for this large of a bill. Compared to other locations this price is quite high. I informed the Dr. I could not do that and would have liked to have known this price before scheduling. If the assistant had been honest and disclosed the price when I asked at the beginning of the appointment I would not have gone through with it. I have never had lip fillers done before and was very excited for this appointment. However I am extremely disappointed that the staff forgot about me and my appointment. Then tried to push me to spend that amount of money on 2 syringes when that is not what I wanted. I will not be going back. And I do wish I could have gotten my $150 back since they didn't even remember I was coming in. Unprofessional.

I’ve received a multitude of successful services from Dr. Ellie’s business over the years, including vein zapping in my leg (something that had bothered me my whole life), Botox, filler, concentrated B Complex shots, and a few of the best and most hydrating facials I’ve ever received. Dr. Ellie has earned my trust through her meticulousness and her thoughtful and insightful recommendations. She knows her business and performs each service with acute precision. She doesn’t go overboard or push for services I don’t need. Instead, she listens to me and provides services that look natural and, most importantly to me, feel good. I’m grateful to have found Essential Aesthetics and look forward to my next visit.

Love this place! I have been hesitant to actually take the plunge in regards to medical intervention for the inevitable aging process. Dr. Ellie was not only welcoming but very easy to divulge all my insecurities to. She is honest and real. She genuinely cares how you feel about your treatments. Her knowledge and variety of services have made me a loyal client. Not to mention, the beautiful atmosphere of the office. The best part is Lisa! The Patient Coordinator is amazing. She has taken on the responsibility of making sure my daughter is entertained. Her bubbly persona makes the lobby a fun place to hang out. What a wonderful team they are.
