Such a great office! They are extremely caring and knowledgeable. I just went back after about 4 years and the doctor remembered what I was doing back then and asked about it. They must take amazing notes and review them well before each patient because it truly feels like they remember me as a person and not just a name! I can’t recommend them enough!

The Potozkin team is amazing! Have been there too many times to count. Of the team I can say these three things: Exceptionally warm and friendly. Always courteous and polite. And last, supremely responsive! PA Nudo is especially thoughtful and always listens closely to everything you have to say! Awesome practice!

the office is nice, but i think it's a money grab to have you make multiple appointments for different conditions. i scheduled an annual screening but then was told i would need to schedule another appointment (and pay two office visits) to have them also look at some redness on my cheeks. every other dermatologist i've visited will address multiple concerns at the same time.

The medical care is good but the scheduling staff is quite rude. We will be moving to a different dermatologist because scheduling appointments with them is not pleasant. It seems that they enjoy treating patients poorly for some reason. For example, the dermatologist told me to schedule a telemed appointment at a certain time and even said she would come to the front with me. She did not come with me but the information was relayed to the scheduling person who told me there were no telemed appointments available then. The scheduler then said I would need to schedule an in-person visit so I asked when that would be and she said "I told you the date several times." She had not told me the date of the in person visit versus the possible telemed visit. But even if she had, is that any way to treat patients? When we left the person next to her sarcastically shouted "Have a lovely day!" We were just trying to schedule an appointment on a day the dermatologist told us to schedule it and via the method she told us to do so. I didn't expect the staff to be so petty and unprofessional.

I will be having my 2nd procedure with Dr. Potozkin next week about 8 years apart. The first procedure was flawless as was my experience. So far, for the pre-op for my upcoming procedure, the team here has met my expectations. I would highly recommend Dr. Potozkin to anyone who needs his specialties and expertise.
