It’s been a couple of years since I’ve been to this office for treatments or injectables so I felt a little nervous at first. But as with the past, their office was very welcoming and comfortable and my provider Lupe spent time explaining things to me and also consulted with me on skincare practices which I wasn’t expecting, but it was great to give feedback on my current process and hear recommendations. At checkout, Ruby was also extremely professional and educated me on products I had questions about. I look forward to my next visit.
