Dr. Francis is truly exceptional and deserves more than 5 stars!! I had multiple consultations before I met Dr. Francis, and I immediately knew he was the right person for my surgery. Right from the start, his friendly, warm, and positive demeanor, along with his excellent communication skills, assured me that I was in good hands. He took the time to truly understand my concerns and goals for the surgery, and his expertise in plastic surgery, particularly submental liposuction for my case, exceeded my expectations. Dr. Francis even explained how his approach will also target my jawline/mandible area to help with my overall face slimming. The recovery process was a breeze, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I feel a million times more confident and have received many compliments, and it's only been 6 weeks—the swelling will continue to decrease. I must also mention that Dr. Francis' staff is exceptional and friendly, and the office itself is stunning and pristine. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Francis to EVERYONE!

I had been self conscious about my ears my entire life but never pulled the trigger on getting anything done. I had finally had enough trying to have different haircuts to help conceal them and stumbled across Dr. Francis after a quick “otoplasty” google search and didn’t know what to expect. I scheduled a consultation and he and all the staff; especially Lauren were so welcoming and hospitable. The surgery was a little pricier that what google says is the average cost but I went into telling myself you get what you pay for and I was not wrong. My ears look great, they feel great and I am super happy with the entire process. Recovery is very easy just a little pain for the first couple of days and then the worst thing is an itchy scalp from the headband you have to wear. If anyone is self conscious about their ears and don’t know what to do I highly recommending meeting with Dr. Francis just to see what he says. I am so grateful for everything Ranch and Coast has done for me!

Dr.Carmen put my nose and jaw back together after a “face first” fall on my back patio. This was not cosmetic surgery but somehow the large bump on my nose (from previous smashes) was pretty much gone. He explained in detail and showed 3D images of the damage that was done pre surgery. One could tell he is proud of his work…….as well he should be!

Dr Francis performed a tummy tuck with lipo in April 2024, and I'm very happy with the process and the results. He takes great pride in his work and it shows. His staff is also wonderful. Not only did he explain everything very well, but his staff was right there to back him up and answer any further questions I had. I always felt I was in good hands and would highly recommend him.
