I don't give away five star reviews. However this business exceeded my expectations on a personal and professional level across several key aspects. My skin was exceptional after my experience here. ++Professional I bought a double Groupon and they accommodated me by allowing us to split the coupon so my mother and I could both experience this place. +Personal I forgot about my appointment until about 30 mins before and I expected to forfeit the service. Instead, they allowed me to reschedule says and to the Elk Grove location, which was closer to my house. ++Personal They have a text messaging system that, if enabled, will send several texts to remind you and allow you to confirm your appointment. Overall, great job, Smile Maker!

First time visiting a smile maker & Spa for my face treatment. Rania did my treatment so very well & suggested I need to accomplish a daily skin routine. I never knew I had plasma she discovered and told me that that's the problem I have I need to focus on that problem. The customer service here is great I was greeted friendly by both beautiful ladies. They have really busy schedules but on my request to Miss Rania, she did my treatment on a priority basis even though she's working so hard on two different locations. This lady is so skilled in her work. I really wanna appreciate to her. Thank you for giving me that special time which was also suitable for my work schedule. Will be back on my next appointment.🥰

I booked an appointment for two people and called ahead to inform them that we would be 10 minutes late. Over the phone, they said they would cancel one appointment but proceed with the other. However, after driving 1.5 hours, we arrived only to be told that both appointments had been canceled due to a lack of available technicians. If this was the case, why wasn’t this mentioned during the phone call? A simple message with updated instructions in the appointment confirmation could have saved us a completely wasted trip. Poor communication and lack of consideration for customers’ time. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

From the moment I walked in, the owner, Rania, was warm, kind, and incredibly informative. She took the time to ask about my skincare goals and explained in detail the best ways to achieve them. Rania educated me on the various skincare procedures she offers and tailored a plan specifically for my needs. What I truly appreciated was that she didn’t simply process my Groupon for a one-time microneedling session. Instead, she prioritized helping me achieve the best possible results for my skin. She recommended a package of three sessions and kindly applied the Groupon towards the package, which I was more than happy to purchase. During my first treatment, Rania went above and beyond. By the time I came in for my second appointment, Rania was amazed by how much my skin had improved—and so was I! After my second treatment, my skin has been healing beautifully with minimal downtime, just like the first time.
