Sylfirm is the best form of skin rejuvenation treatment… I love my results and would highly recommend the location and treatment. I also get my Botox, fillers and weight-loss treatment at West Point aesthetic center which is one stop shop for all my needs. Staff is amazing and there’s plenty of parking available. I used to get great facials here. A few months ago they sold me a gift certificate for a facial for my husband, but now they no longer have a facial person. They closed their office or moved to a suite hotel “by appt only”. I’ve called three times about a refund. They just give me the run around and no one returns my call. Sketchy. AVOID.

Had an appointment here today. I am absolutely satisfied with the excellent service rendered. Ami Bali was amazing! Super patient! She explained each procedure and I felt comfortable with the entire process. I highly recommend her and I will be returning for future visits!

I cannot recommend this place enough. I have been coming here for a few years. Weight loss, Botox and fillers. Ami is who I usually see for my youthful face and what I love the most is her honestly. She will never just fill to your budget. She wants you to look your best and leave looking amazing but as though you had nothing done! All of the clinicians here are great, kind personable and caring.
