DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR SKIN AND DON’T WANT BURNS. I have been coming here since 2014, and will never be coming here again. They are hiring untrained and greedy laser techs that will burn you and ruin your skin. I had a touch up and the laser technician Marina took my 15 min touch up and intentionally turned it into a 30 min appointment and kept asking if any areas I wanted she can laser off real quick. It’s been nearly 6 months and my skin is red and covered in bumps and I have burn marks. When I ask for a refund they blame me and side with their lying technician and don’t even apologize ! They even lie about the policy. Their touch up policy said to not shave the areas for touch up yet they claim that u have to shave. Well that’s not the policy I got . They are soo greedy and stingy and after a decade of being a loyal customer they don’t care. Horrible . There is always karma.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CENTER. this is the worst center to go to for anything. the treatment is very bad, the service is horrible. they do not own up to any mistakes. I was burned there twice and lately I went in with my mother but they refused treatment since she has face serum on. we stated that we never were told about the serum and A manager named Jennifer called to say that they say it in the disclaimer, whi lch is the last 3 seconds of the call. Horrible Horrible Horrible.
