LaserAway Escondido

I am thrilled to share my experience at the new LaserAway location in Escondido, which has completely renewed my faith in the company. After years of frustration with repeated cancellations, scheduling issues, and unprofessional staff at the Carlsbad location, the Escondido team has been a refreshing change. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and inviting, but what truly sets this location apart is the exceptional team. Coco greeted me warmly with an effervescent welcome, immediately addressing my previous frustrations with genuine care and attentiveness. My nurse, Jennifer, was the epitome of professionalism—kind, skilled, and incredibly patient in answering all my questions. The entire experience was seamless, and the staff’s friendly, approachable demeanor left a lasting impression. After such a positive experience, I wouldn’t consider going to any other LaserAway location. Escondido has set a new standard for excellence!

While I was somewhat intimidated at first by the appointment process, Debbie Mckean, the treatment specialist I spoke with along the way, was incredibly helpful. I appreciated her reaching out a few times to consult with me about my treatment goals and felt at ease after speaking with her about the outcome of my decision. It was then that I was ready to get started and it was only a short time before I could fully commit and Debbie scheduled my appointment right away. Looking forward to it!

This was my first time at LaserAway and the experience was amazing. Upon my walk-in to inquire about their services, the front desk staff was very friendly and able to go over details on the service I was interested in. Blonde lady at the desk walked me through the process of signing up, and did a great job mentioning the first time customer promotion that was being offered. Pre payment was easy via the link and the overall set up was quick, with them also able to squeeze me in for a morning appointment the following day. On day of appointment, the office seemed very busy upon opening and the front desk receptionist (brunette) was still very attentive, kept me updated, and offered a drink during my wait aside from her having to pick up multiple calls. Excellent customer service even during a busy time. I believe Gabrielle was the nurse that attended me during my appointment that Sunday. She was very friendly, made me feel comfortable, went over what to expect during the service and made it a very seamless experience. Overall, the experience was great and I will absolutely be continuing my business here.

they always make my experience super great! i get nervous each appt but the staff always guides me into a calming sensation. would definitely recommend laser away! within my 3rd session i saw significant improvement! love going here :)
