Dr.Chen is amazing! I have been seeing her for Botox treatment for over a year now . I love her special technique she uses which helps you not feel the pinch of the needle ! She is very knowledgeable and experienced in what she does. She provides many different services and someday I would like to try them all :) Dr Chen is very professional and friendly. She and her assistant Kim make you feel comfortable the minute you walk into the office . I recommend Dr. Chen 100%!!!

Dr. Chen fixed my lip scar that I had from a young age and brought beautiful symmetry to my lips despite nerve damage. The scar has almost completely dissolved and has been filled in, when it was deepening with age. She is cautious, caring, and an expert. I highly recommend her if you are realistic and want a reasonable, and amazing outcome.

I am a newer patient to Dr. Chia Chen and her office. I am so impressed by her attention to detail, honesty about what and what will not be beneficial, her intuitive sense to not over do anything, and her attitude that we can always do more later, but better to be cautious. Also, her skill level and knowledge are very apparent and I feel confident in her care. Kim, her assistant, is amazing. Kim is very prompt in responding, excellent attention to detail and very efficient and friendly. My only regret is that I did not start seeing Dr. Chen many years ago!
