I was told something different at checkout with them being friendly and saying that it was their mistake and don't worry about your cost or fees because they took 50 min to see me, and bam I get a physical mail saying pay up after 2 weeks. Also got my prescription sent to Walgreens but it never came though. Good checkup, I highly recommend Doctor Nguyen, she listens to my symptoms and explains treatment and all the information about it, but everything else that didn't have to do with the doctor wasn't professional.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Gorsulowsky is the best! So professional and informative. He explained everything and made sure I understood and was comfortable. A super friendly Doctor. I will definitely be coming back.

The No-Parking signs in all the parking spaces for the building that houses the California Skin Institute are way over-much, dire, confusing and threantening: the parking is intended for clients/patients doing business in the building and the signage ought to make that clear. I appreciated the digital check-in on a hand-held pad; it's so much more efficient and humanizing than being handed a huge stack of papers to fill out. The pace was really fast, it's a busy office. The physician's assistant and medical note-taker were courteous, respectful and consummately professional in every way. They accomplished the clinical task with finesse, without awkwardness or embarrassment to me.

Best dermatologist doctor, Dr. Gorsulowsky is expert in his field. Always precisely diagnoses and treats his patients correctly. He is Very friendly and calm in speaking with the patients, a quality often lacks in some doctors. I highly recommend Dr. Gorsulowsky.
