The office staff and the front receptionist are incredibly kind and welcoming. I started seeing Dr. Phuong for acne treatment, and she has been nothing short of amazing. She takes the time to explain my treatment and provide reassurance throughout the process. I recently booked a last-minute follow-up appointment due to concerns I had about my skin and neck. I saw Olivia Martinez, and unfortunately, I did not feel that she fully understood or acknowledged my concerns. It felt as though she was dismissing what I was sharing. Additionally, she suggested a higher dosage of medication and diagnosed me with eczema on my neck, even though I had already been diagnosed as an infection by my primary care provider. I left feeling that my concerns weren’t addressed, and I didn’t receive the reassurance I was hoping for. It seemed like she was just writing down what I said without offering any clarification or helpful guidance.

Dr. Dhawan is an excellent doctor who truly takes the time to explain everything thoroughly. He never rushes through appointments and ensures that I fully understand my health and treatment options. I always feel heard and cared for under his guidance. Highly recommend him for his professionalism and compassionate approach!

Come here for Dr. Martinez if you want to destroy your confidence treating acne. I have never had this much of acne only after 3 days after using what she prescribed to me. Those pimples do not only hurt and irritate but also prevent me from going out and having my social life.

On time , minimal wait in the waiting room and inside the patient rooms. Dr Chen was pleasant, gave plenty of time and attention to my issues. Front desk team was also very polite and pleasant

Excellent facility. Dr Dhawan and his staff are the best, always helping, even in emergency situations. He even made some diagnoses that were trickier for other physicians, within a short period of time. I highly recommend this practice and the good doctor.
