I had an incredible experience with my breast surgery at this clinic. From the very first consultation to the day of the procedure I felt comfortable and cared for. The staff was highly professional and attentive, and Dr. Knoetgen ensured I felt confident and comfortable every step of the way. The results are amazing and exactly what I envisioned. I feel confident, and healing was going well. I’m truly grateful for their exceptional care and expertise—highly recommend!

I had the best experience with Alexandra at Beautologie . She took the time to make sure I was comfortable and explained everything in full detail. She was very thorough and answered all my questions and concerns the best to her ability. She made sure I was clear about what I wanted and what goals I had and what her thoughts and expectations were as well. She shared the wonderful experience all the past patients have been through and showed us before and after pictures of surgery and did the online presentation where it explained all the details of the different procedures. I am so thankful for Alexandra’s help and her expertise on this process. I will be a future patient and feel confident and comfortable to have my surgery.

Pros: My service coordinator, Isabella, was fantastic. The RN, and medical staff were lovely especially when I was so nervous to go into surgery. My procedure went well. Cons: During my consultation, they tell you, that you can sign up for a procedure now to take a $1,000 off. But the offer doesn't last long. I felt pressured to sign up because I didn't want to lose the offer. I went from silicone to saline and was supposed to get reimbursed. They said it can take up to 30 days for it to be processed. I am on nearly day 45 with no refund. I had to reach out again regarding it. So if this happens to you, make sure you contact them again. I don't think I would have gotten my money back if I didn't reach out again. I just find it ironic that they are quick to take money but sloth speed to return.

Alex was my consultant and she was so easy going! She had wonderful suggestions and made me feel extremely comfortable. She showed me all different before and afters and what to expect with the procedure I was wanting. Most of all, she made it a fun experience and she seemed genuinely excited for me, my progress, and the goals I have.
