My husband had a great experience there friendly service doctor took the time to take pictures and ask questions very satisfied with the appointment. Parking lot fills up fast so you may want to get to your appointment early because parking is limited inside of the medical office area

I have been going to Macias dermatology for five years. Along with my grandma where she has been with them since the day he’s opened. The medical staff have always been very kind and helpful. Today my 86 year old grandmother called ok my part to reschedule an appointment. The front desk staff that answered the phone were very rude to her belittled like she was stupid. Which I do not appreciate she is very educated women. She is kind and very understanding person so idk why the staff would ever treat lher like that. I do not appreciate how they treated her along with them saying we are never allowed to be patience there again. Their reasoning is because I am not allowed to self pay and I have canceled to much I have canceled maybe two time within the last five years. She charged us the 25 dollar cancellation and told we are no longer allowed back. Both lady’s at the front desk are very rude and I do not appreciate it.

My family and I have been patients of this practice for over 4 years. The physicians are exceptional, kind and have great bed side manner. However, over the last few years I’ve noticed when calling the office, staff answering the phones are very unprofessional and unwilling to help. Working in the medical field myself this is very disheartening and frustrating. As much as I love our provider Michelle, I find myself thinking about seeking care elsewhere.

Today I waited for over an hour to see the nurse practioner. The night before my appointment they sent a pre registration form where you verify your insurance info etc. When I arrived I told them I had pre registered on my phone. She told me to go to the kiosk where you basically put in your drivers license, insurance card etc. All that same information is the same as you enter on your phone the night before. I ask the receptionist why it is necessary to the kiosk and she replied. " How would I know you were here? " I told her because I just told you I was here. Senior patients who were using walkers had trouble standing in the crowd of people gathered around the congested entrance. There are people at the kiosks, deliveries being brought in, people helping the older patients to sign in. I went to the kiosk and it was filthy. People in the waiting room were complaining about the kiosks also as they had already pre signed in the night before. I am done with this office and am changing dermatologist immediately.

I’ve been going here for around 5 years and have zero complaints. Clean and spacious facility. Great doctor an PAs. Great staff at the front desk. Very good with their scheduling as wait times are generally not very long.
