I had an absolutely amazing facial experience at Epiphany, and I can't say enough great things about it! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The atmosphere was so calming and relaxing, and the service was 10/10 - specifically my esthetician, Miranda..she was phenomenal! She was incredibly knowledgeable, super friendly, and took the time to assess my skin and customize the facial to address my specific needs. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the entire treatment. My skin has never looked or felt better – it's glowing, smooth, and refreshed! I highly recommend Miranda and this place to anyone looking for a truly exceptional facial experience and I hope to be back soon.

Formal complaint STAY AWAY from this UNPROFESSIONAL and UNORGANIZED “business”. It all started okay even togh there were red flags from the start that I shouldn’t have ignored. Due to the conveniently of this place being 5 minutes from my home , I kept on going and tried to overlook their negligence, until i couldn’t any longer. The first red flag that I should have took more into consideration was when I got my first procedure done from them, after I have been charged already I had to go back to REMIND them that they had a sign up that says “ free 25$ gift card promotion for new patients “. Have I not said anything , I wouldn’t have gotten ANYTHING at all . This is an obvious red flag of how unorganized this establishment is that I shouldn’t had ignored. But it wouldn’t be the last. The “doctor” that attended me who I believe goes by Archana broke the HIPAA law a numerous couple of times when she would LEAVE THE DOOR OPEN WITH STAFF/PEOPLE CLOSE BY in PROXIMITY and CAN HEAR EVERYTHING when discussing my MEDICAL RECORDS/INFORMATION.I felt so ashamed and couldn’t believe how someone who claims to be a “medical professional” would violate such an important and imperative HEALTHCARE LAW and POLICY. It came to the point where I even had to close her door MYSELF to protect my HEALTH RECORDS PRIVACY and RIGHTS per the LAW. After I have been coming here for almost 2 months they text me ,not call me while I am at WORK asking me if I had paid them because they claimed to “HAVE NO RECORD”. So let me get this straight, I HAVE BEEN COMING TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT for ALMOST TWO MONTHS “ and they are JUST NOW INQUIRING IF I HAD PAID OR NOT?!! WOULDN’T THIS HAVE BEEN SOMETHING a QUOTE ON QUOTE PROFESSIONAL PLACE WOULD ASK BEFORE THE PATIENT KEEPS COMING BACK MULTIPLE TIMES?!? Since for every procedure I had done by them, I had always had to PAY EVERYTHING UPFRONT BEFORE they do any PROCEDURE or SERVICE on me. EVERY-TIME I came to my appointments THEY REASSURED ME I HAD MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS coming UP . Which in response I let them know/reminded them that I HAD PAID EVERYTHING UPFRONT FROM DAY 1, BUT THIS PLACE is SO UNORGANIZED THAT THEY FEEL the NEED to TAKE TIME AWAY FROM THE PATIENT WHILE they are AT WORK TO DO THEIR JOB AND HELP THEM UPKEEP PATIENT FINANCIAL RECORDS since it seems they don’t have THE CAPACITY TO DO SO. All this time I’ve been far too kind and understanding even AFTER MISTAKE, AFTER MISTAKE,but today was the FINAL straw. I am ashamed to say this wasn’t the first time that they had done this to me when we had committed to a appointment and I even received a reminder and everything and I go out of my way on MY LUNCH BREAK to drive to their facility and spent ALL OF MY LUNCH waiting for Them outside of the door waiting for them to open and keep calling their number to remind them that their PATIENT is OUTSIDE. All this just so the front desk lady can come out and tell me she was on her lunch so nonchalantly. You would think that as a professional place, THEIR STAFF WOULD MAKE SURE TO HAVE TOOK THEIR LUNCH BEFORE PATIENTS (who are their MONEY MAKERS) COME TO BE SEEN. INSTEAD OF KEEPING THEM WAITING. Patients should ALWAYS come FIRST but it’s clear at this “business” that is NOT THE CASE. I was in disbelief in how i had literally SPENT ALL my LUNCH waiting on them OUTSIDE. With no answer to my phone calls and NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER. I even got in trouble with my BOSS due to their NEGLIGENCE, I came back from my lunch very late that day . And now here we are today , the last time I was at their facility they had made me an appointment for today. In the morning I called MULTIPLE TIMES to CONFIRM my appointment with them since they didn’t sent out an appointment confirmation like I usually get. And no surprise I get no answer or reply. Not wanting to miss my appointment I drive to them and I see the facility CLOSED and NO ANSWER to my calls. I could not believe they did this AGAIN to me. to me but I had to bring my kids with me and we were ALL OUTSIDE WAITING on THEM TO OPEN. This is INHUMANE

My experience with epiphany medspa and wellness is amazing. They offer great products and services at reasonable price. Found them very honest and determined. A true asset to the laser industry and cosmetic industry. Acne treatments I have done so far are VI chemical peel and laser treatments along with some purchases of their skin care line. Dr Chang and Archana the NP has been been so kind and professional on educating me on my treatments and which one that will treat specifically to me. The staff has been so generous and professional on answering all my answers and concerns.

I have been to Epiphany Med spa several times and everyone is always so nice and professional! I was looking into several services and was a bit nervous. All the staff and doctors are truly amazing, and made sure to make me feel comfortable every step of the way. If you are looking for a med spa that offers an array of services, is nice and clean, and has exceptional customer service, look no further! With Epiphany, your in great hands!
