Dr. Hsu is absolutely wonderful. Every time I see her, she gives me a very detailed explanation of what's going on with me. She makes sure I leave there knowing exactly what's wrong and what the next plan of action is, and more importantly why. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Dr. Hsu was wonderful! She was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. Don't believe any negative reviews. The entire staff was exceptionally gracious, informative and helpful. I give them all the highest marks possible. I will be going back to consult with Dr. Hsu again. She thoroughly explained all of my options.

If I could give ZERO stars I would to the current PA and the scribe who barely glanced my way. 2 years I’ve seen this latest staff for help with psoriasis. ZERO bedside manner. If the PA RS mentioned my legs were dry, gray and ashen once, she hammered it home multiple times with castigating eyes and attitude. (mask on). I went in for help and expected some understanding and solutions. There wasn’t even any body assessment, besides my legs which are apparently dead already. I eventually walked out of the office between filling out forms. I will be looking for Dr. Jessica Tsu now, of course after I moisturize my dead legs. 5 STAR for Dr. TSU who is no longer there and who I loved.

Seems to be more of a glamour shop versus a healthcare facility. Don't bother going in for anything actually medically related. They'll just give you some generic diagnosis and send you on your way as fast as they can. Wait times are always extra long too. Plan to spend an hour waiting for a five minute rushed appointment.

I am more than pleased with Dr Hsu. She solved a number of issues that were on going for years and that other doctors did not treat well. Not all Dermatologists are created equal, I guess. I am a patient for life.
