This was my first experience trying RF micro needling. My skin was feeling a little dull and needed a pick me up.they explained the process and addressed all my skin concerns and came up with a plan.The customer service was top-tier and everyone was so knowledgeable. I am beyond satisfied with the results and will be back in two weeks to try out another service. Additionally, he is a Board-Certified Toxicologist and board eligible in Laser Surgery. During my consultation, Dr. Betancourt utilized state-of-the-art 3D imaging and face-scanning technology, which provided an in-depth analysis of my skin's condition. This advanced approach allowed for a tailored treatment plan that went beyond my initial concerns. The results have been nothing short of amazing. A discoloration on the side of my face from sun damage has completely disappeared, a benefit I hadn't expected. Both my wife and I are thrilled with the outcome, and she even suggested I consider additional treatments—a testament to the noticeable improvement. I am not one for writing reviews but when my Nurse Michele ( which always dose my Aesthetic Treatments) raved about this placeshe was working,I had to go and see for myself. I am sure gladI did ! In one word: fabulous. ..from Lane who is so welcoming and full of personality to Dr Bentacourt who is not only caring and is so genuine ,not to mention brilliant at what needs to be done and takes the time to explain the treatment plan and options. I spoke with Lane and Dr Betancourt several times and met them in their office before I decided to go with a procedure to deal with Sleep Apnea through a procedure called "Night Lase". This was very important for me as it was causing an issue with my flight physical. Well, after several sessions I went for the sleep study and it helped me pass the test showing no more "OSA". I'm very pleased!
