I just love this place for all my dermatology needs! The medical team takes a very step-by-step approach to make it feel very safe and not invasive. The team is kind, gentle and friendly as well. Oh! And the office always feels so clean, calm and inviting! If I had of known dermatology could be this gentle.. I would’ve never gone to the old place I use too, when I left lived in Florida.

The front desk team was both knowledgeable and helpful, addressing all of my concerns with professionalism. Dr. Z was incredibly kind, thorough, and made me feel completely at ease during my visit. I always have the best experience coming here - the staff is always incredibly nice and Dr Z is kind, informative and always takes her time with each patient. I always trust her advice and she will only treat what is necessary. It is abundantly clear that she truly cares about the health of each patient.

I was charged for 2 different office visits because the PA didn’t remove a full mole as requested at the first appointment. When I asked about the charge, the front desk staff had a rude response and got full enjoyment from telling me I was “wrong”. The front desk is also routinely rude on the phone and could just care less about any resemblance of customer service when talking to them. The building the office is in also has terrible lighting and seems old. I paid my unnecessary office visit fee and left, taking solace in the fact that I don’t have to go back.
