Don't EVER buy a coupon. I bought two for Mother's day and mother's day came and went. Never got a confirmation email or an email with the coupons. They told me it would take three days for me to receive a voucher (even though they had no problem taking the payment immediately). 5 DAYS LATER...nothing. I had to call them and they finally put the points on my account. Disorganized and they clearly don't think their promotions through. Never buying another coupon again.

Worst Promotion!! Cosmetic Botox Day. Their website crashed 11/20 during their big Limited Day Promotion. After many hours of trying to pay for my Cart & trying to call Customer Service. I was told we cannot take payments on the phone. WHAT!! It was “Sold Out” & my Cart was empty when the server was fixed. Poorly executed offer. Customer. service could only say SORRY. Ugh!!!!!!!!!

This used to be a good program. You could earn points by shopping on websites, there were birthday bonus points and offers. Terrible program now. For Botox you get $20 worth of bonus points for the next time. It's not enough to promote brand loyalty as Dysport is always better priced and has great offers from the medispa I go to.

The program sent an email to save the date for a special promotion on 11-20-2019 national cosmetic day or some other BS. I made an appointment with my provider the server must have bogged because NO promotion materializes and my points could not be activated at the appointment. AND their contact number is disconnected. Great marketing folks!!!!!! Never received an email from them for the promotion. Super hoax!!

Don't offer a great promo if your system isn't equipped to handle the large number of people trying to login. I've been trying for over 40 min now! Keeps crashing.
