DELUXE MED SPA

I am absolutely furious with the laser hair removal service I received. I paid for treatments on three areas--underarms, Brazilian, and full legs--six sessions each, and the results were beyond disappointing. (They offered me a discount because I purchased packages.) Despite shelling out a significant amount of money, I saw no improvement whatsoever. My fine hair remained stubbornly unchanged, and to make matters worse, every single treatment felt rushed and incomplete. Despite specifically paying for a Brazilian treatment, they only bothered to target the front area, completely neglecting the rest of the private area. As for the full leg treatment, it was a joke-- the technician slid the laser wand so fast over my legs that it didn't even come close to providing precise treatment. But the cherry on top? The relentless pressure from the front desk staff to purchase additional packages at every appointment, making it abundantly clear that all they care about is squeezing more money out of their customers. Let me tell you, forking over my hard-earned cash for three areas over six treatments each was an absolute rip-off. Save yourself the hassle and find a reputable provider who actually delivers on their promises. Overall experience, waste of money, waste of time, waste of energy!!! I should have chosen someplace else

Brought loved one for the CO2 treatment. All is great, friendly and courteous staff, nurses. The SPA itself is very luxurious. Highly recommend!

I just moved to this neighborhood and tries to find a med spa. After I tried their facial and morpheus 8, I realized this is the place I will visit more in the future. They have so many different devices! Any treatment you can name of, you can find it here. And everyone is so nice and patient. Especially yiyi, she is sweet and knowledgeable, she will help you to design your packages and take care of your skin.

This place is awesome. Very clean and staff is very nice, out going and friendly. I drove an hour an a half and showed up 30 mins before my appointment and they did their best to get me seen right away. I previously got lip filler from a different business and I wasn’t happy with the results, deluxe med spa exceeded my expectations. I’m in love with my new lips and willing to drive back to them when it’s time for a touch up. Thank you.
