Dr. Pilest is a Skin Wizard! His office is immaculate, and his staff is wonderful! There is simply no one better than him when it comes to absolutely any issue with skin!

I do not understand any of these negative reviews? I’ve now visited Dr Pilest twice over the last few years and each time I have been more than satisfied with his expertise and the service of his office. I’ve had two medical procedures done on my face and Dr Pilest really knows what he is doing! I’ve also had injectables done. Dr Pilest is so kind, funny, and the office staff are always great. People in the reviews complaining about paying a 100$ appointment fee? Really? This office is not some hole in the wall in downtown LA. They are located in a beautiful area in Irvine. Their prices are very reasonable for what it’s worth. And I am forever thankful for the medical procedures done by Dr Pilest because I have had minimal to no scarring at all. Don’t listen to these negative reviews!

Let me first say, Dr Pilest is friendly, personable, approachable, professional, and, at least on the surface, sincere about wanting to improve appearances. Of course, it comes at a cost. A big one. I've been to that office more times than I can count, starting when I was just about entering High School. I was cursed with acne. Later, it would turn into Rolling/Boxcar Scars. Over those years, I've endured countless painful treatments that included chemical peels, laser treatments, etc. More recently, about a year ago, a series of Subcisions, Platelet-Rich Plasma treatments, Dermabrasions, and lastly, as Dr Pilest referred to it as "Icing on the Cake", Bella Fill. These more recent treatments and in-office products purchased, not including the countless treatments when I was younger, costed thousands of dollars. Upwards to ten. I had my doubts from the beginning. I really didn't want to step foot into that office again, knowing full-well that results were not guaranteed. But I capitulated to my mother who was adamant about it to the point of frequent confrontations. Of course I was grateful. Of course I had hoped for results. But unfortunately, despite being VERY careful for over a year after these recent series of treatments, minimizing sun exposure like a hermit, and applying sunscreen and constant moisturizers, the scar-reversing results were not even satisfactory. It might've actually made the crater-looking scars more noticeable in some respects. In other respects, yes, these treatments certainly have tightened the pigments overall appearance. But you can't make a crater look younger, can you? Please refer to the uploaded picture included in this review that was taken on Oct 4, 2023. The sun exposure in the picture results in a shadowing effect. This makes the scars look much more noticeable in those types of conditions. In conclusion, if you suffer from Rolling/Boxcar Scars, please consider carefully how you proceed, especially if you're not some movie star with huge sums of money in some account just screaming to be circulated. I didn't have much luck, but you might.

Dr P is the best his field. He helps me stay looking youthful (not fake-plastic like) and my skin has never been happier thanks to monthly Diamond Glow treatments with the gorgeous Jessica! I trust Dr P and his staff so much so that my twin daughters have had laser hair removal and acne treatments and have all their skincare needs taken care of here, and they couldn’t be happier.

Great Doctor and staff! A friend goes here for her Botox. I went in for a fairly large cyst and they took care of me no problem! They can do it all!
