To those with rosacea and facial redness, don't hesitate to schedule V Beam Perfecta treatments with Dr. Susan Stuart! I am a 64 year old male who has had severe rosacea and facial redness and flushing for the past seven years and the V Beam Perfecta under Dr. Stuart's expert guidance has been the only treatment that has cleared my skin! As those with rosacea and facial redness can relate, this condition can be debilitating. In the past, other dermatologists have prescribed for me Metronidazole, Finacea, Oracea, Mirvaso, Soolantra, Doxycycline, Avar, Isoretinoin and adrenergic antagonists and I completed a series of IPL treatments. None of these treatments resulted in any improvement for my facial redness and flushing. During my consult with Dr. Stuart I was impressed by her knowledge, professionalism and caring attitude. She diagnosed my condition as erythematotelangectatic rosacea and facial flushing and recommended one or more V Beam Perfecta treatments. The first treatment was performed by her highly capable laser specialist four weeks ago and a second treatment was performed yesterday. After the first treatment I had mild facial swelling for a few days and a few purplish marks that disappeared after one week. Two weeks after my first treatment I was amazed to see a complete reversal of my facial redness and a marked lessening in the frequency and intensity of my facial flushing! As Dr. Stuart predicted, three to four weeks after my first V Beam Perfecta treatment I noticed a return of some dilated blood vessels in my cheek areas and I decided to schedule an evaluation for a second treatment. Upon my return to LaJollaSkin, the doctor was also impressed by the dramatic improvement in my face and felt that I had about a 75% or more improvement after one treatment! Due to the severity of my original condition, a second V Beam Perfecta treatment was recommended. The intensity of the laser was increased slightly from the first treatment. I'm now one day following my second V Beam Perfecta. Again I am mildly swollen with a few purplish spots on my cheeks. The redness appears to be completely gone. This is the best that I've felt about my facial appearance in seven years! Dr. Stuart prepared me for the fact that I that I might benefit from up to four or five treatments in total, each spaced four weeks apart followed by possible occasional treatments every year or two. I absolutely will continue with more treatments as needed. To anyone with rosacea, facial redness or facial flushing, I recommend having V Beam Perfecta treatments under the direction of Dr. Stuart.

I just went to see Dr Stuart today and she beat me up good, but it is sooo good. A lil cryo here - some V Beam there. I was out in less than an hour. And guess what?
