California Dermatology Care

My first visit could not have gone better. The physician as well as her support staff were very pleasant and supportive. The diagnosis was presented in detail as well as options for treatment. I have a follow up visit in four weeks . I will update this post which I presume will be positive.

Great first visit. I appreciate how thorough and honest they are. I was able to ask questions and get the answers I needed without feeling rushed. I'll definitely be back and refer anyone who needs a dermatologist. Thank you Mary for your great care!

In my experience, Mary, NP, has provided excellent care to my family and me. As a Dermatologist, Mary is welcoming, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. If you have any dermatological concerns, I highly recommend Mary.

Saw Dr.Ting today, first time patient, he was ok, not my favorite dermatologist. He was quick and talked most about the co insurance and deductible more than my mother concerns. We paid our copay and as we were on our way out the front desk lady insisted we could not leave without paying our deductible and co insurance. I told her to bill our insurance and then if the deductible has not been met we would be happy to pay the balance. She was adamant that we could NOT leave till we paid our deductible according to their office policy. It got to the point where we talked to the billing manager and she took care of the situation. This was an AWFUL experience and would recommend For people to stay away. What a horrific way to treat patients.
