Love love love!!!! From beginning to the end! Grecia, at the front desk was so sweet! Enjoyed chatting with her. Then Donna was so amazing! I told her things I didn’t like in regards to my face. I loved how she took the time to explain what she suggested I do to improve my face. She showed me how my face was flatter on one side and deeper lines on the other. She took the time to make sure I was happy. I couldn’t tell you how much I recommend her. She also taught me about how our diet can affect our skin. The office is VERY clean. 100% recommend! Dr Hwang and his staff have been incredible! I started bringing my mom here for her treatment and they've made her feel very comfortable and her procedures have been painless. My mom hasn't been to the dentist in years, she's always been nervous about being in the dental chair but dr Hwang has made her feel at ease and her experience coming to his office has been great! Dr Hwang is the type of dentist that truly cares about his patients and recommends treatment accordingly; so much different from most dentists that make you feel like they're trying to rip you off. We will continue coming to his office for regular checkups and I highly recommend him!! Thanks Dr Hwang and staff!

Donna was great! she calmed my nerves and made me comfortable. I am so happy with the treatment that she suggested and how it all looked afterwards. I highly recommend her if you have any kind of fears, but desires to make changes and improvements with yourself.

Tri valley anastetics I have had Botox before in my for head and crows feet and for the same price and not one wrinkle appeared for 4 months! That included the 11's. I couldn't move my forehead for said time . You said it takes time to "relax the muscles" I came three times and had yet to see that happen! First visit I had fillers lots of it. Two places pieces fell out of place one in my cheek area and the other fell down to my bottom lip. Not once did you offer to replace what had fallen . So my smile was off and I had a fat lip for 6 months. You just rubbed it trying to smooth it out which lasted all about 15 minutes. I paid a lot of money that day plus I was a first time customer. I would have expected a little more then that. Then my trip before disney for Botox, my eyebrows did not lift as usual. I waited the allotted time and called but you were out of town for a death in the family and I had to leave. Nicole said call when I get back you would fix it. I did and I was charged! That was not my fault you were out of town once again! I'm not sure if you are treating me differently because I have bipolar and depression but that doesn't make me stupid or not aware! Most or all plastic surgeons offices guarantee their Botox and such last for up to6 to 9 months. I was having to return to your office for new procedures every 2 to 3 months! Hum makes me wonder are you diluting or charging for what your not using! Don't waste your money here!!
