Been coming here for 8 years. Dr M and Connie are tremendous caring practitioners who really listen and pay attention and are SMART. Advice is balanced, they make me feel heard and listened to. Awesome people! ❤️❤️❤️

Grateful for this practice! Dr. Connie Chen is incredibly kind and attentive, and the staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They make me feel comfortable and cared for every time I visit. Small parking lot & street parking which is a plus for DTLA. It took a couple of days for me to get them on the phone for my last appointment, but when I did they got me in relatively quickly. Highly recommend!

Very good overall. I like the personal feel of care. I’ve been coming here 3 years. They don’t rush you everyone’s kind. My biggest take away here is the family feel. Everyone is always happy to help and they will work with your schedule anytime. Thankful to call this my primary doctor’s office.

Visited for the first time today. Such a great experience! I was able to fill out all the paperwork online, which is so convenient! Wait times were under 20 minutes. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor was on top of all the details of my medical history already, was really attentive, engaged, and has a great attitude and manner. Top notch all around. So grateful to have found this place!

This office is great! Dr. Connie Chen & the staff always make me feel well taken care of. Wait times are usually short & the office itself is very clean & nice. A great find in downtown LA. My only issue is that the parking lot is small but it’s generally pretty easy to find street parking nearby.
