Dr. Higgins is on top of every question I have, providing clear and detailed answers that show her expertise. She truly offers top-of-the-line care for dermatology, and I always feel confident and well cared for after each visit. Highly recommend!” And love the chair that I get to sit in !!!!!!!! Modern office good for folks with anxiety. Dr. Higgins is great. I saw Dr. Higgins for a cosmetic concern and really appreciated her honesty, kindness, and patience. She put me at ease, listened to my questions, and was upfront about cost. She never pushed a procedure or product, even when the procedure we did didn’t fully work (which is as we expected). Instead, she encouraged me to think about it and gave me concrete next steps. She checked in with me throughout the procedure and was very encouraging. There was actually a mishap where a numbing cream got too close to my eyes (no one’s fault), and the folks at the office quickly fixed me up and were very reassuring throughout a not-ideal experience. I’m a very anxious patient, but Dr. Higgin’s professionalism and the modern, chill vibe of the office made me more comfortable than I expected. They always have pop or hiphop music quietly playing, even in the exam rooms, which I loved. The website explains exactly how to access the office and what to expect. The office can be hard to get a hold of outside of their online chat feature, but cancellations were easy. I’ll return to Metropolis and Dr. Higgins in future.

I love coming here! The entire staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Wang is an amazing doctor who is always able to help with all of my dermatology needs. My newest favorite member of the team is Bela, one of the estheticians. She is great at what she does and my bimonthly appointments seeing her have improved my skin so much already. I look forward to seeing her each time I come in. I couldn’t recommend her services or this practice more. Thank you so much!
