She keeps you waiting for at least and hour. She pops in an talks about random nonsense. Then tells you how terrible you look and makes strange and unprofessional comments. "Your eyes are slanted, this side of your face is fat, do you have Botox in your face? You need this...". She doesn't listen to anything and tries to sell you skincare that is not suitable for your skin and you end up leaving spending a few thousand dollars not truly understanding what just happened. Parking is expensive, especially if you paying more because you are kept waiting on the doctor to bounce between patients. She is a sales person and does not care about patient's health, only how much money she can get from you. Stay away! There are so many great dermatologists in LA and Dr. Fitzgerald is definitely not one of them.

I was lucky to see Dr. Jalian for rosacea and venous lake lip vein laser treatment. Poooof gone, each with one laser treatment. The rosacea redness had turned into "acne" like bumps and insurance Dr's could only prescribe worthless creams etc. They did nothing but after the laser treatment all bumps gone. I keep touching my face because it feels so smooth again. Wow. So grateful.

The location is easy to access and her office is immaculate. The service you receive here is the best in Los Angeles. Dr Rebecca Fitzgerald is very attentive as you address your concerns and gives the best suggestions on how to achieve the most natural results. She is like an artist and you are the canvas, at the end of you visit you are guaranteed to be a beautiful masterpiece. She is the only doctor I trust with my face. Did I mention the views from your room are Beautiful. I wish I could give her 100 stars

For over 15 years I have trusted her amazing skill and judgment to help me look my best and age as gracefully as possible. I came to her after a bad experience with “bargain” medspa Botox, vowing from then on to entrust my face only to an expert! Dr. Fitzgerald is a consummate professional, deeply serious about her practice and committed to obtaining the best possible result based on her in-depth knowledge of facial anatomy, her vast experience using injectables and other treatments, and her expertise in understanding which products are best-suited to different needs. Importantly, Dr. Fitzgerald invests the time it takes to really get it right, so come prepared to relax and enjoy the spectacular views from her beautiful Larchmont office! And if your needs include laser or other technology, you will be in the highly-capable hands of Dr. Fitzgerald’s excellent colleague Ray Jalian, M.D., who deploys a dizzying array of machines but who manages to keep the process warm and humanizing. Believe the negative reviews here. I have given Rebecca Fitzgerald every chance imaginable. She came highly recommended and I was happy to see her. I also like to give women my business. I made four (yes, FOUR) appointments for Sculptra with her. Dr. Fitzgerald claims to be an expert in Sculptra, and we made a treatment plan. Four appointments later, she still hadn't done ANY of the Sculptra that she repeatedly promised. Rather, at each appointment she said that next time she would do the filler. Then at each appointment she tried to upsell me to laser and other skin care instead of doing what we'd agreed upon. Don't be fooled. The filler reviews are a come-on - her filler reviews get you in the door so she can try to upsell you on laser and products, holding out the filler as a carrot for some other time. I am by nature a forgiving person and give someone repeated chances if I think they are going to do a good job. I had read some glowing reviews of Dr. Fitzgerald and thought, wow, she must be really special if she can afford to behave this way. No. The reality is that Dr. Fitzgerald capriciously wastes her patients' time and tries to manipulate them into paying for procedures they do not want. Very unethical. I sense a personality disorder. Not only did she not do the treatments she promised, she also let me wait over an hour for each appointment before seeing me. Waiting a little at a doctor's office is to be expected. But at my third appointment I was actually told that it would be FOUR (yes, four) hours before she could see me. Knowing that she tends to run late, I had confirmed that she was on time only 45 minutes before my appointment. So this sudden, enormous delay made no sense. Dr. Fitzgerald did not have an emergency, the staff said. Her front desk person just looked embarrassed, had no explanation, and suggested that I get some lunch and come back in four hours. What doctor thinks that this is OK? As if this weren't enough, add in the fact that her front desk hardly ever answers the phone, and no one returns patient calls. You never know if an appointment is confirmed or cancelled. At my fourth and last appointment today, I let Dr. Fitzgerald know how frustrated I was. She had no excuse or explanation, was unable to address my points directly, and just said that she was uncomfortable. Not the response I would expect from someone who I would trust with my face. I left. I shudder to think how this doctor would handle a real problem. Based on her utterly self-centered behavior so far, I believe that she would abandon a patient who develops a problem without a second thought. I suspect that I am unfortunately not the only one she has treated this way. Waste your time, money, and energy here if you like. But Dr. Carlo Honrado and Dr. Daniel Barrett both are plastic surgeons who do Sculptra and other fillers. They have not manipulated or disrespected me when I have been their patient. Their staffs politely answer the phone and return calls. The doctors do what is agreed upon, at the appointed time, professionally and skillfully. Both doctors seem mature and reasonable. This is the sort of treatment I expect from a doctor. Neither of these surgeons is more expensive than Dr. Fitzgerald, and they are better qualified.
