I have been to several locations for fillers and Botox. I have switched doctors in the past because either they try to oversell, heavy-handed or terrible front desk. A few months ago, I was prepping to go on a cruise to Hawaii and noticed that my forehead needed a little pick me up. I found RefinedMD online. I must say, that was one of the best decisions I’ve made in regards to cosmetic services. From the front desk staff to my nurse practitioner, it was a perfectly seamless experience. Yesterday, I went back to see Alex who is my nurse practitioner. I had a couple of areas around my eyes that I wanted a touchup. It was completely pain-free and she really cared about the results versus over selling treatments. She spent as much time as I needed to go over my concerns and options. I really appreciate her professionalism, knowledge and skills. As a super big bonus, on my way out, the front desk receptionist, Destiny, was incredibly courteous and went over and beyond the call of duty to help me get my maximum rewards and discounts. I really appreciate that! She saved me a lot of money! I plan to be a loyal patient, and will refer others to go based on my experience there.
