I have to say the customer service is hard to beat at Dr Laser. There’s always parking and the waiting room is bright, clean, and comforting. Once you walk in, you will be greeted with a smile from Lauren at the front desk who goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. She always has a smile and is a plethora of information regarding the offered services. I recommend the skin rejuvenation facial, my skin was glowing. The menu is very detailed and the prices are great for the Manhattan/Hermosa beach area. I highly recommend Dr Laser because of the customer service plus they offer financing through Cherry.

I've been coming here for some time, and recently found my experience with Kenzie to be stellar. The staff got me seated right away, and wait times were minimal. Kenzie helped listen to what issues I had in the prior time and with laser hair needs that did not go noticed. She noted that they could be remedied and then went through my options as to what they could do with the existing treatment package. I simply can't thank her kind demeanor, and quick work to be able to get me in and out of the office in record time. I would also say this location, in comparison to the Santa Monica one, has ample parking and can be easier to get appointments at. Regardless, the packages they offer can be competitive and they will fight for your business with the industry-standard laser that is used for hair removal. While I do not agree with many of the other negative reviews here, I think people's expectations versus what they receive can vary highly when it comes to cosmetic treatments. I implore you to truly express what you're looking to achieve at every appointment to get the best result possible and with every practitioner you work with at that session.
